Annette Gozon, a U.P. Law graduate and former professor at the U.P. College of Law, is the head of GMA Films. She is the daughter of GMA-7 CEO Felipe Gozon.
Arnold Vegafria, on the other hand, heads ALV Management and manages the careers of Iya Villania and Jay-R among others.
According to the grapevine, a complaint was allegedly filed before PAMI, but sources remain silent as to what the reason of the complaint was.
