It seems like the Securities and Exchange Commission website had been a favorite among website hackers.
After having been hacked in late 2008, the SEC website had been hacked again, just earlier this morning.
A friend from law school was able to send me a screenshot of the SEC website.
Established in 1936 by virtue of the Commonwealth Act No. 83, SEC has, inter alia, the jurisdiction and supervision over all corporations, partnerships or associations who are the grantees of primary franchises and/or a license or permit issued by the Government
