An anonymous tipster sent Pinoy Gossip Boy this video allegedly of Manny V. Pangilinan, one of the country’s most powerful chief executive officers, wherein said CEO allegedly gave the dirty finger.

This was the game were Talk N’ Text walked out from a PBA game. But before the team walked out, their boss, Manny V. Pangilinan, allegedly gave the audience a dirty finger!
