Why do we give a hype or big deal for a news report about the controversy involving the song of Rico Blanco in Gibo political ad shown in our tv. This matters can be settled amicably without making a lot issues behind it.

gibo and dennis garcia were duped. they paid the wrong person. viva does not own the copyright to posible nor have they been assigned by rico/russel molina as publishers. lizza is also not the publisher. she is even claiming to be the author. absurd! buyer beware applies.. the national lib deposit certificate she showed is invalid because of earlier proof of ownership. simple lang naman yun..

Carlos Celdran posted a twitpic of this on Facebook…I forget kung ano yung title nya mismo, but it’s like an intellectual property rights document that states the length of time that VIVA holds the rights to the song.
