Liberal Party standard bearer Noynoy Aquino will grace the cover of TIME magazine. Noynoy will be featured on TIME magazine cover. The said issue will talk about an article where Noynoy is described as “the new Aquino.”
The TIME issue which features Noynoy Aquino on the cover will discuss whether Noynoy, as the next Aquino, will be able to save the Philippines.
The TIME article, written by Ishaan Tharoor, recognizes the fact that Villar is Noynoy’s biggest opponent. However, the same article also made mention of the qualities possessed by Aquino, which makes him one of the bests, if not the best, contender in the Philippine presidency.
This issue of Time with Noynoy Aquino on the cover will hit magazine stands on April 26.
