Receiving anonymous e-mails about showbiz and political insider tips is part of my daily routine. However, it surprises me that an unknown sender sent me this via my personal email.
Below is the alleged medical and psychological records of presidential frontrunner Noynoy Aquino. The said medical record, purportedly from The Ateneo, says that Noynoy has psychological problems, have taken drugs, and into excessive smoking and alcohol intake.
Though I am not privy to these matters, I personally know, as told by a very reliable source as early as mid last year, that Noynoy Aquino does not intake alcohol as he has a very, very, very low alcohol tolerance. Hence, it surprises me that this purportedly psychological and medical records of Noynoy Aquino say that the senator is into solitary drinking.

Should these be found to be veracious, which I think is unlikely, Ateneo will be in big trouble as they do not know how to secure supposedly private documents.

From what I know, the Psych Dept. doesn’t have a psychiatric clinic and Fr. Caluag is not a psychiatrist.

And how can someone say that depression is a mind defect? Ha ha ha think twice mate! Seems like most Filipinos cant distinguish what is mind and emotions. Likewise normal human gets depressed everytime problem comes in. What is disturbing is that if you have humungous problem yet you just smile and do nothing about it. That’s scary. LOL
I don’t see any problem confiding with a psychiatrist. The actual problem here is that Filipinos can’t accept the fact that seeking help from psychiatrist is very normal. SOmeone who is disturbed is best helped with proper guidance from psychologists or psychiatrists and not from your friends who most likely will squel your problem to other people and much worst is that these people won’t help you at all. If you have the monies then go and seek help with psychiatrist, that’s the norm outside the third world country like the Philippines.
Everybody gets depressed once in a while. The only difference between some Filipinos with Noy is that Noy has the monies to seek better guidance and he knows that it is much better to address his problem through science.
This is just plain black propaganda and negative reactions from this document would only mean that Filipinos are not yet ready to move on and accept what is norm outside our country. Poor Filipinos.

i believe there is truth to the story.
although ateneo and fr. caluag denied it, this rumor about noynoy being mentally challenged has been circulating long before this time. maybe the consultation he sought was not from the ateneo but he did seek psychiatric help somewhere somehow. it has become so persistent and nagging that one couldn’t help but think “where there’s smoke, there’s fire”.
for us voters we need a full disclosure about the physical and mental health of all candidates as a show of respect for us– the electors.
