Disney teen star Miley Cyrus
Staying true to his claim of being Hollywood’s most hated website, Perez Hilton tweeted a photo of what is believed to be the vagina of Miley Cyrus.
The blogger behind www.PerezHilton.com tweeted an uncensored, bare crotch shot of Miley Cyrus getting out of a car yesterday. To quote Perez’s tweet:
“If you are easily offended, do NOT click here http://i46.tinypic.com/2zre4pv.jpg Oh, Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!”
Though Perez quickly erased the photo, Pinoy Gossip Boy was able to get a copy of the rare photo.
A lot of people are now searching for http://i46.tinypic.com/2zre4pv.jpg cache.
But unlike Perez Hilton, Pinoy Gossip Boy is censoring the private part. Above is the photo in question. Time Magazine Online published an article insinuating the legal grounds Perez Hilton may have breached upon his sending of the uncensored version of the picture above. I am not familiar with U.S. Laws, so if anyone has an idea, kindly comment below.
I believe this incident, though unfortunate given the fact that it involves a minor, is a good point of discussion with regard to the laws applicable to the cyberworld. While most jurisdictions have kept silent on this issue of cyber jurisdiction, an innovative discussion would be a good start in order to contribute to the emerging body of cyber knowledge.

It might be true but obcourse showing such uncensored photos should not be published considering that a lot of people can see it . It is indeed a hot news but people should also know how does Miley Cyrus would feel seeing this photos on net .
