Lucy Torres substitutes Richard Gomez on Congress bid

Following the disqualification case filed against the congressional bid of Richard Gomez, his wife, lucy Torres will be running for Congress in his stead.

Richard Gutierrez was disqualified to run for Congress by the Commission on Elections sometime in February. COMELEC disqualified Richard Gomez due to residency issues.

However, despite the disqualification, Richard Gomez continued with his political campaigning.

Now, his wife Lucy Torres will run for Congress. Lucy Torres is a native of Ormoc City.
