Reunited on-screen partners Vhong Navarro and Toni Gonzaga
Emmy nominated actress Angel Locsin was supposed to play the lead role in the upcoming fantasy series Kokey@Ako but fans of the multi-talented actress believes that Angel is better of in a more challenging role. Angel will now be paired with John Lloyd Cruz, who, according to a reader, was seen shooting in a hospital recently.
The role was then offered to to multimedia star Toni Gonzaga, to which the latter has accepted. Hence, Kokey@Ako will serve as a reunion project for Vhong and Toni.
Although Toni’s casting for the fantasy series was panned by her own fans, ABS-CBN confirmed that Toni will push through with Kokey@AKo as planned.
