Mo Twister interviewing Ara Mina on Showbiz Central
GMA-7 reportedly will be lodging a breach of contract suit against radio DJ and television host Mo Twister. The breach of contract case against Mo Twister stemmed out from the latter’s transfer to TV5.
Mo officially joined Juicy, TV5′s showbiz-oriented show to rival SNN.
I just cannot figure out why GMA-7 will be filing for a breach of contract. If I remember it correctly, Mo Twister had to defer transfer to TV5 as he still had an existing contract with GMA-7. It only follows that Mo had been cognizant of the fact that he may be breaching a contract.
Of course, I am not privy to the stipulations of the contract. As a law student from UP, all I can do is speculate. Whatever the case maybe, perhaps Mo is one heck of a loss – a reason for the Kapuso network to seek legal remedies.

baka kasi ang nakalagay sa contract nya eh, bawal syang lumabas o mag-appear sa isang programa na may similar format ng iniwan nyang show.. parang sa mga company lang… it is prohibited for an employee to seek for another job with similar genre or field of work unless given a particular period of time… say six months or so… baka ganun… but then again, speculation ko lng din ito…
