Multi-awarded actress Gina Pareño’s mother was reportedly missing on New Year. Fortunately a teenager found the elder Pareño and returned her To Gina.
The talented actress said she was asleep when her mother went out and got lost around 7 a.m. A teenager, Danny San Agustin, brought the 78-year-old to Pareño at 7 a.m. this morning. He said that he found the elder Pareño in Pasay City. The teenager sought the help of village officials, which led to the reunion of Pareño and her mother.
“Buong maghapon kami sa Tagaytay, sa mga pulis. Alas-7 ng umaga nawawala tapos ngayon lang namin nalaman na nandito pala. Itinawag sa amin,” Gina said.
The actress said she is now planning to hire someone who would stay with her mother 24-hours a day.
By the way, one of Gina’s granddaughters was a college friend back in undergrad.
