Fire hits UP Diliman Chemistry Pavilion, Palma Hall!

Yours truly was informed by friends and schoolmates via Facebook that the UP Chem Building is on fire.

According to friends, the Chemistry Pavilion 2 is currently being consumed by fire.News has it that it has reached Alert 5 already!

The Chemistry Pavilion is attached to the Palma Hall, the building of the Arts and Sciences colleges.

As of the moment, new buildings for the UP Diliman Institute of Chemistry are under construction.

I wish that the fire won’t do much damage and that the rest of Palma Hall be spared from the fire.

UPDATES: AS of 12:50, the fire inside Chemistry Pavilion 2 had been contained.
