Court issues warrant of arrest against Baron Geisler

The court has issued a warrant of arrest against Baron Geisler in connection with acts of lasciviousness and unjust vexation charges filed against him.

The Municipal Trial Court (MTC) of Bocaue, Bulacan has issued the arrest of embattled actor Baron Geisler for acts and lasciviousness and unjust vexation charges lodged against by GMA-7 young star Yasmien Kurdi.

The alleged lewd gestures took place in Bocaue during the taping of a TV series. Hence, Bocaue takes jurisdiction of the instant case.

In an order dated April 28, 2010,  Judge Lauro G. Bernardo cites Baron’s failure to appear in court for the second time.

Baron has been said to be suffering from alcoholism, which may have caused his apparently lewd behavior against others.
