Ang Panday Set for International Release

Sen. Bong Revilla in "Ang Panday" set

Metro Manila Film Festival 2009 Best Picture Ang Panday is setting for an international release.  However, lead actor Senator Bong Revilla, MMFF 2009 Best Actor, sees the election as a hindrance to its international release.

The actor turned politician turned actor again said that producers and distributors from other Asian countries have been contacting him:

“May mga producers nang kumo-contact from Hongkong, Japan.”

AngPanday is currently on second place in the festival’s top grosser’s list, following Ang Darling Kong Aswang on a lsim margin.

    hi. :) for some reason, i like the format of the previous site better. i don’t know if it’s just my browser or the fonts in this pageare too big for comfortable reading.

      thanks for dropping by nobe. We had the “reduction of font size” on our to-do list on the next round of re-design. We’re also planning on showing “posts excerpts” on the front page for a cleaner look. We’re just gathering enough feedback before we hit the drawing boards.

      May I ask what your browser and screen resolution is, if you don’t mind?

      i’m using firefox. i don’t remember what IE is anymore. LOL.
      1024×768 resolution ko. :) your previous site works fine with it. :)

      What’s IE? Intelligent Entity? Seriously, that one browser was so different from the rest that it actually requires *SPECIAL TREATMENT* when we did the design of the site. Kinda like a spoiled brat actually.

      anyway, thanks for sharing. We’ll take monitor resolutions into consideration on the next redesign.  I thought monitor resolutions were getting bigger everyday; forgot that netbooks are so in these days.

      I want to create a mobile version of this blog too, but I think it’s overkill without people demanding for it.

    PGB, im having difficulty navigating from one article to another. Have to go like back back pa or something to read your other entries. LOL :D   In your old site there’s the “home” link where i can easily go back to the main page and choose the article i wanna read. I dont know, maybe i need more time w/ your new blog para i wont get lost. ;)

      It’s called breadcrumbs and I’ve just added it on top of articles.  In addition, you can always click on the logo above to go back on the homepage wherever you are.
